...and so it begins!

The beauty of blogging is that you truly can walk a mile in someone else's shoes!

I will tell you that I am a beginning blogger so I will be taking baby steps until I get the hang of it so... please be patient with me and feel free to offer any tips or tricks that you may have in making this road a little easier. I welcome your comments and look forward to a very successful journey.

I will tell you as my diary unfolds I have some, shall we say, personality quirks, am totally addicted to junking, and love, love, love, a good sparkle.

Erica The Gypsy....roams the countryside for treasures that she often turns into even more beautiful finds for the lucky who happen upon her shop. It's the oldet functioning "general store" in the state of NY and she has made it into an authentic antique shop. As soon as you push open the old screen door you will smell and feel the ambience of years gone by. It takes a long time to move even a few steps because you just HAVE to see everything. I've been a customer now for several years and my B&B houses many of the finds at Millport Merchantile that my guests find intriging. If you stop there once you'll find yourself returning time after time!

Well all of us from Jersey think Little Ms. Rosee looks beautiful in the shop! We love her as much as you and Maddie thinks you should never sell her!! As for the sparkle us girls love, love, love that sparkle whether it be in your hair, on your shoes, your clothes, or in your window. Look at Rosee and think of us often. Can't wait to see her Christmas outfit with all the sparkle!

Your shop is a magical journey from the past, present and future. With such sparkle and pizzazz a great fit for M. Rosee. You have found your special place and it shows in every nook and crannie of your shop. Your smile and personally are worth a million. The best is yet to come.
